Run's T (a.k.a Israel Kolade Idowu) was born and raised in Ibadan, one of Nigeria's ancient cities. Growing up in a close knit Christian family, Run's T attended Christ Apostolic Primary School, Ibadan. After elementary school, he attended Government College Apata, Ibadan. At the early age of eight, Israel Kolade Idowu was already a singer in a choir group in primary school. His voice endeared him to his church's choir master and fellow worshipers alike.
